Digital Harm Assessment and Content Enforcement

We provide a structured, evidence led service to identify, document, and address harmful online content across search engines, platforms, hosting providers, and domain registrars.

Our work focuses on preserving evidence to a court ready standard, preparing precise and policy aligned notices, and managing a disciplined escalation process through platforms, hosts, registrars, and regulators where appropriate. We track outcomes, follow up systematically, and report clearly to clients throughout the process.

Typical matters

For individuals, directors, professionals, and organisations experiencing reputational harm, harassment, impersonation, or the ongoing visibility of false or misleading material online.
  • Harassment and targeted campaigns
  • Impersonation and identity misuse
  • Persistent defamatory narratives
  • Doxxing and privacy breaches
  • Search visibility suppression and monitoring

We do not run bulk or automated submissions. All notices are evidence led and proportionate.

Anonymised case study

Context: A senior professional with cross border business interests experienced the ongoing visibility of false and misleading online content ranking prominently in search results. The material was being used to harass the individual and undermine professional relationships.

Approach: We conducted a jurisdiction aware search footprint scan, mapped priority URLs by severity and visibility, preserved evidence to a court ready standard, and prepared statement schedules based strictly on verbatim quotations and verifiable facts. Platform first enforcement was undertaken, followed by host and registrar escalation where required. Search engine deindexing was submitted selectively and with procedural accuracy.

Outcome: High visibility content was removed or disabled at source where policy breaches were established. Residual material that could not be removed was deindexed from primary search results in key jurisdictions. Ongoing monitoring was implemented to detect re publication.

Archetype Intelligence did not provide legal advice or conduct litigation. The engagement focused on intelligence gathering, evidence preservation, administrative enforcement, and disciplined escalation within platform and regulatory frameworks.

Engagement and payment

Engagements are scoped and quoted based on the nature of the content, the number of URLs involved, jurisdictions affected, and the level of escalation required. Fees are payable upfront prior to commencement of work.
